Starting my new role at Zeely.ai, I introduced a design strategy approach shaped by my previous experience. I conducted a full product audit, identified key features, conducted usability testing session with real users and helped define the team roadmap to improve the overall user experience.

HobbyScan — launched the MVP of HobbyScan, a mobile app that helps users scan, collect, and buy hobby cards. We first released the iOS version, followed by Google Play. Our team focused on integrating AI and building a clear, efficient structure for card scanning.

Adopting the healthcare loyalty system — with our team, we began developing a healthcare loyalty system for medical organizations. As a designer, I focused on retention and engagement, introducing gamification elements that helped medical staff use the EHR system more efficiently and with greater motivation.

Mobile application for vehicle tracking — conducted a full UX audit of the existing app, including research and usability analysis. Based on user interviews and collaborative brainstorming workshops with the team, led a complete redesign focused on improving clarity, usability, and overall user experience. The updated product delivered a more intuitive interface, clearer data visualization, and a streamlined interaction flow.
